Scaleco (“we”, “us”) is a UK-based outbound agency for the construction supply chain. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: hello@scaleco.co.uk.

Website visitors- we use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. We don’t set advertising cookies or track you across sites. If you contact us or request our free leads offer, we collect the details you give us (name, company, website, email address).

Business prospects - as part of the outreach we run for ourselves and our clients, we process limited business-contact data about professional decision-makers: name, job title, employer, corporate email address and publicly available company information.

Prospect data is compiled from publicly available sources (company websites, Companies House, professional profiles, public procurement records) and reputable business-data providers. We verify email addresses before use to keep our data accurate.

We rely on legitimate interests (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) to contact business decision-makers, at their corporate email addresses, about services relevant to their role. Under PECR, business-to-business email to corporate subscribers is permitted. We have carried out a legitimate interests assessment balancing our interests against your rights, and we limit outreach to professionally relevant, low-volume contact.

Every email we send identifies who we are and includes a working opt-out. If you opt out - by link or simply by replying - we add you to our suppression list immediately and won’t contact you again. You can also opt out any time by emailing hello@scaleco.co.uk.

Data is held in our email-sending platform, data-enrichment tools and spreadsheets, access-controlled and limited to what outreach requires. We keep prospect data only while it is current and relevant; suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely so opt-outs stick. Data is deleted on request.

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Email hello@scaleco.co.ukand we’ll respond within one month.
